About Me
My health and wellness journey started back in 1985, when I would tag along with my mom to Jazzercise. Even when I didn’t join in, I loved watching how energized and connected the women became once they started moving together. That was my first glimpse into the power of movement, nutrition, and self-care.
In college, I discovered strength training and instantly fell in love with pushing and pulling heavy things—a passion that has stayed with me ever since. That love of training and helping others eventually led me to become a personal trainer in 2015, after careers as an accountant, esthetician, and, most importantly, mom of two boys.
In 2023, at the age of 51, my own health struggles became a turning point. Searching for answers led me to the Integrative Health Practitioner program, where I dove into the DESTRESS Protocol and root-cause healing. By August 2025, I became Level 1 and 2 certified, inspired more than ever to help midlifers reclaim energy, balance weight, and thrive through lifestyle transformation.
Today, beyond the gym and the outdoors, I love spending time with my family, traveling, listening to wellness podcasts, and watching sports. What brings me the most joy is sharing this lifestyle with my lifelong partner and two teenage boys—we get to move, grow, and thrive together.
